Portals Of Dread

Portals Of Dread

I’ve created a kickstarter campaign so you can support the development of Portals of Dread.

Have a look at the video and see the cool changes made since last post.

Dark and Scary

Dark and Scary

I’m working on a little FPS project, and I wanted to share a little teaser with you.

The game is hopefully going to give you a little scare now and then, but mostly I hope you have fun while playing it.

At the time beeing, I’m only planning to build this for Windows, but the teaser was built for web. If your browser doesn’t start the game, try another browser. It’s about 120 MB, so it will take a little while to download for some.

Since this build is for web, not all the effects are visible. It is supposed to be a lot darker then what you see here. The teaser is also very short, so if you experience a crash after the first encounter, you have seen it all. That is the end for now 😉

Photoshop is fun!

Photoshop is fun!

If you are like me and love taking pictures, you should also be like me and love Photoshop (or similar programs). Why? Because editing photos are fun, and can in most cases make your photos better.

I’m not talking about editing the photos like Kourtney Kardashian do (although they can be hilarious to look at), but more like removing annoying objects in the picture. Yes, like a zit, a younger sibling (just like a zit), or anything else that take unintentionally focus from the main subject.

Stranded – Sneak Peek

Stranded – Sneak Peek

I’ve been making some minor progress on my RPG game, which I for now has decided to call Stranded. At the moment there’s two quests added, one which is given automatically, and a second when you talk to an NPC.

The vendor (which is not going to look like that in the end) is still quite buggy, but I do get to buy the much needed sword from it.

Have a look at the video to see the game in action.

Space Race Alpha

Space Race Alpha

We are now accepting alpha testers for our new game, Space Race for Android.

This game may be yet another space asteroid clone, but hopefully you will still enjoy it. And for now there is no asteroid element in it (except maybe to collide with if you’re a bad flyer).

Space Race Alpha is for now a multiplayer dog fight game, but will in time be so much more. So join in on the (closed) Alpha, and take part in the journey!

Hafrsfjord stroll

Hafrsfjord stroll

During my visit to Stavanger last weekend, my girlfriend took me to the cool Sword in Rock monument.

Since the sun was so low in the horizon, I took the opportunity to practice silhouette shooting.

Sword in Rock

As you can see, the result wasn’t too bad, but next time I will try to remember to use my polarizing filter. That would probably make the sky and clouds even better.

Fatsy’s Hamburger Hunt has reached over 500 downloads!

We celebrate this with the release of version 1.0. This release is just one of many the latest period, but it fixes an anoying bug where you could hold your finger on the screen while game was paused or not started and build up momentum on the character. Which resulted in Fatsy flying off to the side when the game started.

Fatsy’s Hamburger Hunt

You can now see a gameplay video of the game!

I just uploaded a gameplay video of Fatsy’s Hamburger Hunt. If you wonedered how it looked like, or if you wondered if it even was possible to get down to a hamburger before you died. (I died on purpose at the end…. I’m too good for my own good at this game…)

You can download the game here.

Update on Tower Defense

Update on Tower Defense

I know it’s just been one day since my post about the Tower Defense game, but I wanted to share this.

Today I’ve added some soldiers with a simple AI script. The soldiers will follow you around, and shoot you if you get too close.

If you look closely on the second soldier, you can see his animation is a bit off, but that will hopefully be fixed for the next preview.

It’s too bad you can’t hear the sounds of the game in the video. I need to find a better mobile recorder. If you got a tip for a good one, feel free to post a comment.
